Endurance Coaching

With over 29 years of collective experience, our coaching team have had the pleasure of working with athletes on a range of amazing projects.

We routinely work with ultra/trail runners undertaking events such as mountainous races, multi day events, UTMB races and specialist events such as races in deserts, jungles, or cold environments.

We also specialise in coaching triathletes for 70.3 and full distance races.

Our coaches race too, so you are getting first hand, real experience as advice and training tips.

Strength & Conditioning Coaching

Bespoke strength and conditioning coaching led by our in house Physiotherapist. This personalised coaching integrates the expertise of physiotherapy with advanced training techniques to create comprehensive programs suited to the unique needs of each individual. It combines resistance and mobility training to enhance an individual's strength, power, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility.

 

The set up is perfect for:

  • Those already following endurance sport programmes but lack specificity and individuality in their S&C

  • Athletes going through cycles of injury and rehabilitation looking to sure themselves up mechanically

  • Individuals looking for education, motivation, accountability, inspiration, and collaboration on their overall sporting performance

  • Those graduating from courses of physiotherapy that would benefit from a more distanced approach to their ongoing S&C
