TESTIMONIAL

After a year of niggles I booked in with Ash at Kinetic sports and haven’t looked back, I’ve PB’d every distance from 5k to marathon and even taken on my first Ultra Marathon, all thanks to Ash’s treatment and advice. Ash does a terrific job all round, from first class treatment, sharing of knowledge and also comprehensive run coaching from nutrition all the way through to race strategies.
