Technique and form work performed on the track. Get feedback from the coach and tips on improving your running. Typically short efforts with apropriate recoveries. Athletes often use this session as one of their speed sessions within their programmes.
Drinks in the clubhouse with your teammates is encouraged after the session!
£3 payable on the day (cash or card) to help cover the cost of the track hire.
