About the event
Using the multi-depth (0.5m-2.5m) pool we’ll practice various skills used for open water swimming and make use of the 400m loop marked out by buoys to work on swim endurance.
These sessions are great for complete novices and are adapted for more advanced swimmers. (Sprint triathlon through to Ironman athletes)
Free parking is located on Elton Road while pay and display parking is available at the Salthouse Fields Car Park.
There is a toilet block on site - 20p required for use.
