Physiotherapist

Based in Bristol

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and friendly Physiotherapist to join our new clinic team in Bristol. We are specialised in endurance sports working with runners and triathletes of all distances and abilities. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent highly skilled physiotherapeutic assessment, treatment and efficient and effective management of an MSK caseload 

  • Work closely with other members of the Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure the highest standards of care

  • Use clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis

  • Formulate, develop and deliver a specialised individualised treatment programme based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment and appropriate clinical reasoning

  • To comply with all Kinetic Sport policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring that product delivery and customer experience is consistent.

  • To communicate effectively with clients, respecting privacy, dignity and confidentiality.

  • To provide appropriate education to clients regarding optimal nutrition, exercise, equipment/devices, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters that would promote a positive wellbeing.

  • To proactively attract returning and new client business to the clinic site

  • To maintain accurate client documentation, records, and statistical information, and to complete them in a timely manner and in line with contractual service level agreements.

 

Required experience/qualifications 

  • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council 

  • Hold public liability Insurance

  • Interest in running/endurance sports

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Evidence of your continued professional development.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written English skills. Able to effectively use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Desirable experience/qualifications

  • Registration with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

  • Previous experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector.

  • 1+ years relevant post graduate clinical experience.
