Terms and Conditions

Session Bookings, Subscriptions & Cancellation policy

  1. Products are bookable both in advance and on the day on a pay as you go basis (product dependant).

  2. All products; Block bookings, Courses or Subscriptions must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of any start date.

  3. Suitable payment for all products are in the form of; Cash, Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer or Direct Debit.

  4. Block bookings, Courses or Subscriptions are subject to discounts at the discretion of Kinetic Sports only and relevant marketing material must be shown in order to claim these.

  5. Sessions belonging to all products may only be redeemed by the person to whom the sessions are attributed. Products cannot be allocated to or redeemed by a third party.

  6. Products are non-refundable, neither in-part or in full, unless extenuating circumstances are agreed upon by both the client and Kinetic Sports.

  7. Longevity of Block bookings and Courses will typically last for 16 weeks from the date of purchase. Any special promotions or unique products longevity is down to the discretion of Kinetic Sports and will be stated at the time of purchase.

  8. Subscription services will typically have a longevity minimum of three-calendar months, unless stated, and commence on a monthly rolling agreement once outside of the three-calendar month minimum, unless stated.

  9. It is understood and agreed by the client that a cancellation of period of at least 30 days is required to nullify any existing subscription agreement outside of the minimum subscription term detailed in clause and that a cancellation request form will need to be completed in full for kinetic Sports to action and terminate.

  10. It is understood that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided by the client in relation to any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions or appointments.

  11. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided then the client will lose their right to use/claim the session or appointment in question.

  12. Kinetic Sports reserves the right to reschedule a session or appointment with a minimum of 6 hours’ notice.

Health Commitment

  1.  It is understood that the ‘Health Commitment Statement’ provided, legally covers Kinetic Sports with regards to the client’s self-clearance to undertake and partake in physical exercise.

  2. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Kinetic Sports of any changes to medical health or physical considerations.

  3. Coaches will always be in possession of a basic first aid kit consisting of contents outlined by the First Aid At Work guidelines, and this will always accessible to participants and clients present during sessions. It is the responsibility of the Coach to replenish and maintain the contents of the First Aid supplies.

  4. It is understood that the Coaches of Kinetic Sports have no medical training, and that in the event of an accident or injury, after first aid is administered, it is the responsibility of the client to seek professional medical advice if emergency services have not been requested at the time of injury.

Referral Policy

  1. Current attendees of sessions may bring friends or family for a free taster session. Upon the referred individual paying for subsequent sessions, the referring client may claim a free individual session.

  2. There is no limit on the number of successful referrals that can be made.

  3. An individual is only entitled to redeem one ‘Free pass’ in their lifetime.

Data Protection & GDPR

  1. All personal data relating to clients and participant will be gathered and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act, including electronic data.

  2. Clients and participants have the right to see any data that Kinetic Sports have attributed to them.

  3. All personal details are collected for purposes relating to Kinetic Sports. Personal details will never be shared or sold on to third parties or other companies.

  4. In accordance and in line with GDPR client may request the right to be forgotten, removing their details from products and services such as mailing lists.

Photography and Videography

  1. Kinetic Sports, may, from time to time, take photographs and/or video footage of activities relating to the products and services provided. It is therefore understood that if a client or participant would like to be exempt from featuring in such material, the ‘Photography and Videography Permissions’ document must reflect this.

  2. Such aforementioned material will be used in a strictly professional manner and is subject to copywrite ownerships to Kinetic Sports.


  1. It is understood and agreed by the client that they must commit 100% to any products or services to achieve results. This includes the returning of any documentation such as, but not restricted to, diet diaries, etc by agreed upon timescales and completing all activities set by the Coach outside of official session or appointments.

  2. The client is required to arrive on time to all sessions and appointments. Failure to do so will result in time being cut short, for example a 15 minute late arrival results in a 45 minute appointment where the original appointment was set at 60 minutes.

  3. Should the client arrive late with less than 50% of the session remaining Kinetic Sports reserves the right to cancel the session immediately resulting in the client losing the appointment or session.

  4. The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for sessions and appointments. This is at the agreement and discretion of Kinetic Sports.
